What This Does
Connects this tool to Constant Contact and Gmail, and manages the Constant Contact list IDs each sync tab below uses.
Constant Contact authorization
Checking authorization...
Click Authorize to connect this tool to Constant Contact. You'll be taken to the CC login page in a new tab — once you approve, that tab closes automatically and the tool is ready. You only need to do this again if authorization expires.
Gmail authorization
Checking authorization...
Click Authorize Gmail to let the tool check Sent mail for prior outreach and create drafts on the Membership Sync tab. This uses a Google login separate from the Constant Contact connection above.

What This Does
It syncs ActiveNet with Constant Contact so mailing lists stay up-to-date, covering these membership types: Family, Single, Introductory, Friends of the Club, Honorary, Official, Coaches, Team, U.S./World Championships Competitor, and Alumni (lapsed members move here automatically). Then it keeps a Google Sheet with data about unsubscribes and outreach — view the Membership Sheet.
Load latest ActiveNet import
Loads this week's export from the shared upload on the home page — fills in the data below without needing to upload the file again here.
ActiveNet export (upload fallback)
Upload the "Memberships by Package (Detail)" .xlsx export directly here. Only needed if the shared import above isn't working.
Breakdown by membership type
Unsubscribed addresses are checked live against Constant Contact at sync time and excluded/removed automatically — no manual unsubscribe list needed for this tab.
Run "Check Outreach" after a sync above. Checks Gmail Sent for prior outreach to each unsubscribed address, records the date, and creates a draft (not sent) for anyone with no recent contact.
What This Does
Syncs CampBrain contact data with Constant Contact, and keeps a Google Sheet up-to-date for easy reference — view the Academy Sheet.
