What this does
Checks for new photo submissions and automatically sorts them into each athlete's folder. Run this daily, or whenever you know new photos have come in. Nothing is ever deleted — anything that can't be matched automatically just gets renamed so you can find and handle it manually.

What this does
Checks a competition's results for every SC Boston skater who competed — not just medalists — then drafts an outreach email asking for a photo. Nothing is ever sent automatically — drafts just wait in Gmail for you to review. Works for U.S. competitions only for now. Email copy is a placeholder for now, pending final wording.
